- Genuine warmth toward older adults — patience, respect, kindness
- Reliable: shows up on time, every shift
- Honest, trustworthy, and discreet about what happens in clients’ homes
- Physically able to assist with transfers, mobility, and personal care tasks
- Communicates clearly with clients, families, and our office team
- CHHA certification preferred but not required — we’ll help the right person get certified
