Personal Care
Helping with the daily activities that preserve dignity and independence at home.
Care that respects who they are.
Personal care covers the activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and more. Done well, it makes the difference between a person feeling cared for and a person feeling diminished.
Our caregivers are trained not just in the techniques of personal care but in the patience and discretion it takes to deliver them well. We move at your loved one's pace. We respect their preferences. We treat them the way we'd want our own family treated.

Who This Is For
Personal care is often the right fit when...
Most families come to us because something has shifted — a fall, a hospitalization, a new diagnosis, or just a gradual realization that daily tasks have become harder.
- Showering has become unsafe or exhausting
- Getting dressed in the morning is taking longer than it used to
- There’s been a fall, or near-falls, when navigating the home
- Medications are being missed or doubled
- Family caregivers are stretched thin trying to cover daily needs
Common Questions
Things families often ask.
How many hours per week is typical?
It varies widely. Some clients need just a few hours a few times a week — a morning routine, a shower, help getting dressed. Others need several hours daily. We’ll talk through what makes sense in your free consultation.
Will the same caregiver come each time?
Yes — caregiver consistency is one of our core commitments. We assign one or two regular caregivers who become familiar with your loved one’s routines and preferences. Backups are arranged for time off or illness, and we’ll always tell you when there’s a change.
Are your caregivers trained for things like transfers and fall prevention?
Yes. All of our caregivers complete training in safe transfer techniques, fall prevention, and the basics of personal care. We don’t place anyone in your home who hasn’t been thoroughly screened, trained, and matched for fit.
